Business Checking and Savings

At First National Bank and Trust Co., our business checking and savings accounts are designed to accommodate the needs of business owners.

Business Checking Regular
Includes a monthly service fee of $10.00, $0.15 per debit or credit, and $0.07 per item deposited, which may be offset by an earnings credit based on the 90 day T-Bill rate adjusted by 10% reserve requirements.

$100 minimum opening balance.

First Business Checking
Ideal for businesses with fewer transactions. First 250 items are free; over 250 items, $0.35 each. Monthly imaged statements. No monthly fee if the average collected balance is $5,000 or greater; fee of $25.00 if monthly average collected balance is not maintained. Minimum opening balance is $100. Other non-deposit fees apply.

Business Checking NOW Non-Corporation
Accounts differ from Business Checking Regular accounts in that interest accrues daily and is paid monthly at statement cycle time on collected balances at a variable (NOW) rate that fluctuates with the current market rate. The interest rates, as determined by management, are subject to change and are posted in the bank's lobby. All accrued interest is forfeited if the account is closed prior to the end of the statement cycle. Federal regulations do not permit partnerships and corporations established for profit to own this account.

Business Savings Account
As with our personal savings account, interest is compounded and paid quarterly at the savings rate posted in the lobby. Nine withdrawals per quarter are provided with no cost, and there is no service charge if the balance remains at $100 or above every day of the statement cycle.
